Dr Casey graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 2003. She then worked in Tallaght hospital, St James hospital, Crumlin and St Patricks before moving to Glasgow to complete her General Practice training.
She joined the Grange Clinic in 2012. She is a GP Tutor to medical students from the University of Limerick. Her special interests are mental health, Paediatrics and Womens Health.
